Jorge Valdes Jr. is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) who specializes in 401(k)s and retirement planning. He acts as a liaison between the record keeper, third party administrator and client to ensure the plan is compliant and running efficiently. Jorge works closely with the employers to design a plan specific to their needs and provides ongoing support such as plan health and investment reviews on a quarterly basis. On the participant side, he is dedicated to educating the employees about their retirement benefits while providing tailored solutions based on their current situation.

Outside of the retirement plans, Jorge regularly collaborates with Jennifer and Jorge Sr. to create and implement comprehensive financial plans for our high net worth individual clients providing them with financial security and peace of mind. Jorge graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship and also holds the 2-15 license, Life & Health Insurance in the state of Florida.
